Listen carefully to the words people are saying, then later go back over what they said and try to imagine what they didn't say and ask yourself why they left these things out.
professional=teacher professional-someone who will make what you understand clearly more complex and complicated that you don't know what they're talking bout you try to ask questions in order to understand but then you end up more confused than you were in the first place..:))
