Role, Objective, Participation, Enjoy (ROPE) in Building Healthy Teams
Rope is a symbol of binding independent individuals to become an interdependent individuals in building healthy team.
R stands for Role identity. Each and every member of the team, group or community must be clear, knowledgeable, and competent of respective Role to Plan, Lead, Organize and Control of his/her duties, functions and jurisdictional authority. The 5 M's of organizational requirement and process analysis presence must be its backbone, to name: Money, Manpower, Method, Machine and Mother Nature towards customer satisfaction anchored to its objective with the ultimate guide of Decision Tree processes and principles.
O stands for Objective or goal, mission and vision. The objective or goal, mission and vision of the team, group or community must be specific, measurable, attainable, realistic and time bound.
P stands for Participation. An independent individuals becoming an interdependent require collaborative participation to have a collaborative wins.
E stands for Enjoy. Enjoying the "Collaborative Wins" in attaining the complete fulfillment of the objective or goal is the team's summit of success and psychic rewards in the service of customer satisfaction.
