LeviRoss Find something you like to do and get good at it. If you like to do it, then practice doesn't feel like practice anymore. Then before you know it, your good at it and feel like your accomplishing something. 2/12/2012 11:08:47 AM

prodigy Ask around for clubs that like to discuss politics. Use Google only as a last resort. It's easier to get into something when you've been recommended by a person, than by a link on a search engine. 2/12/2012 2:12:39 PM

il_futuro_politico plus I wake up every single morning(no exceptions) to severe back pain..random headaches...dizziness...and anxiety attacks...plus my day starts at 7:30 a.m. ends At 8:00 p.m (Regular school & Night School and some more tutoring)....may not sound like much but it requires a lot of walking plus I give up my lunch hour for tutoring...so I don't get to eat anything at all till' 8:30...when I get home..plus I am stressed out 2/12/2012 2:30:55 PM

hassan538 i recommend you to swim at least twice a week. its fun, relaxing, and lowers stress


it help mi out last year, when i was having stress, depressed. now i feel less depressed and enjoyin life more.
